Being attentive to detail, creative, and structured are three qualities Allen Smith embodies. Working in the mortgage finance industry over the last 12 years has helped Allen to develop these traits. Allen has worked with numerous clients and home appraisers, and from that, he was exposed to the process of staging homes for sale.
In having seen such a variety of interiors, decorations, and designs, Allen developed an eye for interior decor. After several home projects together with his wife, Allen became more integrated with his wife's vision and together they formed House of Smith Interiors (HOSI).
Allen enjoys family time more than anything. Building things, reading and rough housing with the children brings him joy. When he's not with family he can be found mentoring others or on a golf course near you.
The true definition of a perfectionist, Latoya H. Smith is the epitome of style and elegance. She developed a passion for interior decor over the years decorating her and her husband's homes and refreshing those homes for resale. Latoya decided to capture her work in the form of a holiday magazine that featured holiday glam décor and with such positive feedback affirmed her decision to launch House of Smith Interiors (HOSI) in partnership with her husband. Latoya has a background in Sales & Marketing with over 15 years of corporate experience. She is classically trained as a Certified Interior Decorator and brings forth her forward-thinking ideas to every project, while also adhering to deadlines and process that ensures a flawless-execution and exceptional client experience.
