Angenette came to UNC-Chapel Hill in 1999 as a benefits specialist. In 2003, she became an HR generalist, and served in that role until being named an Employee & Management Relations consultant in 2008. Angenette was named a senior consultant in E&MR in 2012, and was promoted to E&MR Manager in 2016.

Christopher Clemens is the provost and chief academic officer of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Clemens came to Carolina in 1998 from Caltech, where he was a Sherman Fairchild Postdoctoral Fellow in Astronomy. Previously, he was a NASA Hubble Fellow at Iowa State University and received his Ph.D. in astronomy from The University of Texas at Austin (1994) and a Bachelor of Science in astrophysics from the University of Oklahoma (1985). He is a dedicated mentor of graduate students and in 2012 received the Faculty Award for Excellence in Doctoral Mentoring.
He leads an active research program in stellar astrophysics, exoplanetary astronomy, and astronomical instrumentation. He led a research team of graduate and undergraduate students to build the facility spectrograph for the 4.1-meter SOAR telescope in Chile, which is operated by Carolina in collaboration with national and international partners.

Kadejah joined Faculty Governance as an undergraduate work-study student and became a permanent staff member shortly after earning a bachelor's degree in sociology and women's and gender studies in 2017. As a student at Carolina, she served as an intern for the Carolina Population Center and the Southern Oral History Program. As a Moxie Scholar, she also interned at the Pauli Murray Project located at Duke University's Franklin Humanities Institute.

Lee H. Roberts became interim chancellor for the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill on Jan. 12, 2024. Before that, he was the co-founder and managing partner of SharpVue Capital, a North Carolina investment firm that specializes in stewarding institutional funds and growing local economies.
A dedicated public servant, Roberts was state budget director under Republican Gov. Pat McCrory from 2014 to 2016. He is a strong supporter of higher education, serving as a member of the UNC System Board of Governors and as the chair of its budget committee.
For the last five years, he has taught budgeting at Duke University's Sanford School of Public Policy. He has also served North Carolina through his positions on the State Board of Community Colleges, North Carolina's Banking Commission, the Board of Visitors at the Sanford School and the Golden LEAF Foundation.

Noreen leads OHR's Employment and Staffing team, which is responsible for SHRA and EHRA Non-Faculty recruitment and employment services and policy. Noreen has served in various HR capacities since joining the University in 1993. Before coming to UNC, she served as vice president of operations, recruitment manager and corporate recruiter for a privately held personnel service. Noreen earned her B.S. in Business Economics and her B.S. in Textiles from the State University of New York and her M.S. in Human Resource Development from Villanova University.
Noreen received her Professional in Human Resources certification through the Human Resource Certification Institute and her credentials as a Certified Compensation Professional and Global Remuneration Professional through World at Work.

Vicki is the functional HR/Payroll lead for the University's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) initiative, ConnectCarolina. Vicki joined the University in 2004 and has more than 21 years of experience in the human resources field in both the public and private sector.
She earned her B.A. in Psychology and her Pennsylvania Certification in Education at Lafayette College and earned both her M.S. and Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at North Carolina State University.
