Init was founded in January 2022 with an ambition of uniting the best companies - and people - within Industrial IT and automation. Our 650 employees work from 34 offices across Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Serbia, North Macedonia and Spain... Init began in 2022 as a family of 14 of the best industrial IT and automation companies in the Nordic region spanning a diverse set of specialisms spanning HMI programming, production, digitalisation strategy, and IT/OT cyber security. These companies were all united by a ‘people first' philosophy and a dedication to operational excellence while retaining local knowledge and client relationships.
