Prior to joining Move, Arthur spent 21 years at Expedia Group in a variety of technical, product and executive management roles. Most recently, Chapin served as SVP and General Manager of Lodging, with overall accountability for strategy, product and technology for the Lodging line of business across a travel portfolio that includes more than ten global brands.
Prior to his career at Expedia, Arthur attended Western Washington University where he pursued his passion for engineering. As a Pacific Northwest native, Arthur is an outdoor enthusiast, an avid skier, mountaineer, and hiker. Recently, he has combined his craftsmanship knowledge with his enthusiasm for the outdoors, spending many hours restoring and sailing his boat throughout the Pacific Northwest.

Ben Litvinas is Senior Vice President, Data Science and Analytics at realtor.com. In this role, Ben is responsible for realtor.com's data-driven culture, including data science, machine learning, AI, and deep learning efforts, as well as the centralized analytics, testing, and experimentation functions. His team is responsible for leveraging data to help augment and inform the company's decision making, operations, and strategy in addition to leveraging machine learning to power many of the consumer-facing, personalized product experiences that are enjoyed by millions of our consumers.
Prior to joining realtor.com in 2020 as Vice President of Data Science, Ben spent six years at Comcast, where he most recently was Executive Director, Data & Analytics Solutions. In this role, Ben led the development of Comcast's homegrown AI decisioning platform, which powered many aspects of Go-To-Market for Comcast's consumer business.
Prior to his experience at Comcast, Ben was a consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton and GRA, Inc., where he partnered closely to embed data science and advanced analytics with commercial and government clients.

As Chief Financial Officer, Bryan Charap is responsible for company-wide finance and accounting functions. He brings nearly 20 years of leadership experience in financial planning and analysis, finance and business operations, business analytics, investor relations, accounting, treasury and sales compensation to his role.
Charap joined the company in 2001 as a Senior Financial Analyst and has held a number of finance positions of increasing importance, including VP, Financial Planning & Analysis and Treasurer and Senior Vice President, Finance. He was promoted to Chief Financial Officer in 2015.

Ellis also served as VP of US Energy Sales at Tesla, and has held leadership roles with Cypress Creek Renewables, Solar City, Guthy-Renker, NAMG and Bertelsmann. He started his career at McKinsey & Co.

Prior to realtor.com, Patalano was SVP of Engineering at Pandora and SiriusXM, where he led the development of their streaming platform and advertising marketplace. Previously, he led the launch of the Beats Music consumer-facing web player and, post-acquisition of Beats Music by Apple, he helped build Apple Music. He is also technical co-founder and advisor of Social Print Studio.

Danielle leads Realtor.com®'s team of the industry's top analysts and economists with the goal of providing deeper and broader housing insights to consumers, industry professionals, and thought leaders. Danielle's team analyzes vast amounts of listing data, search trends, lending patterns, demographics and consumer behavior on Realtor.com® to produce valuable market intelligence.
Before joining Realtor.com® in July 2017, Danielle spent nearly a decade as an economist and policy researcher at the National Association of REALTORS®. As managing director of housing research, Danielle oversaw the production of closely followed housing market data, including NAR's monthly pending and existing home sales indices and quarterly home price reports. Danielle previously served as manager of tax policy research, leading research projects on topics including how federal, state and local policies impact the real estate market.
Before joining NAR as an economist in 2008, Danielle spent three years at the American Enterprise Institute, where she produced research and managed its executive office's communications. Her work during that time included research contributions to Dr. Allan Meltzer's A History of the Federal Reserve, Volume II (University of Chicago Press, 2010).
She was recognized as one of HousingWire's Rising Stars in 2019.

Before joining eBay, Doctorow spent nearly five years as Chief Marketing and Strategy Officer at Expedia, the leading travel technology company, where he helped to guide the overall turnaround of the business and an industry consolidation that included Orbitz, Travelocity, and a number of international brands. Earlier in his career, Doctorow held marketing roles with McKinsey and Hewlett-Packard.

Neuberger has more than 25 years of leadership experience in customer service operations, marketing and sales roles.
Neuberger joined the Marketing team at allapartments.com in 1998 and was responsible for Marketing and Operations, when the company was acquired by Homestore (now Move) in 2000. She quickly assumed responsibility for the realtor.com®, Call Center and was promoted to Senior Vice President in the early 2000's.
Before joining realtor.com®, she held multiple leadership positions, with Florists' Transworld Delivery corporate office, the largest member-owned Association at that time. Positions included Director of Sales and Director of Industry Relations & Events.

Bhatt is a seasoned product executive who has helped companies scale globally and built several market-leading products from the ground up. Previously, he led Google's commerce initiatives, where his team developed and accelerated transaction growth on the Google Shopping platform, serving billions of users and global merchants ranging from Fortune 500 retailers to micro direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands. Prior to Google, he was Chief Product Officer for RetailMeNot, leading teams that diversified the company's product line from primarily a coupons-only marketplace to a modern offering with cash-back wallet, credit card-linked offers, prescription healthcare savings, and gift cards marketplace. Prior to RetailMeNot, Bhatt was part of the senior leadership team at Flipkart where he led efforts to grow mobile commerce from nothing to more than 75M users and $4B in revenue, becoming India's #1 e-commerce company and often ranked as the #1 overall app on both Google Play and Apple App Store.

Wehr has been with Move since 2003, and took the role of Chief Accounting Officer in 2011 after holding positions of increasing importance, including Senior Vice President, Corporate Controller. Prior to joining Move, Wehr held various senior financial management positions, including Chief Financial Officer at publicly traded Haskel International where she subsequently took the Company private through equity financing. She also served as Vice President of Finance and Administration for Fiberspace where she was responsible for raising several rounds of private financing.

Ryan Roberts, a Gadsden, Alabama, native and lifelong Auburn fan has been helping buyers and sellers with their real estate needs in the "Loveliest Village on the Plains," Lee County and Lake Martin for several years.
