JIM O'HERN LCSW

I have been a lifelong student of culture and people and hold a BA in Anthropology. I received my MSW from Eastern Washington University School for Social Work and quickly developed a passion for both individual and group therapy. I have extensive training in modern analytic group psychotherapy and am a graduate of the Center for Group Studies and hold Certified Group Psychotherapist (CGP) certification through the American Group Psychotherapy Association. I have been leading both long-term and short-term groups and meeting with individuals since 2006. Currently, I facilitate both in-person groups and an online training group for therapists interested in advancing their skills as group therapists. I have presented experiential trainings in group therapy at local and national conferences and continues my own training through group work. I am also a certified practitioner of EMDR and a trained facilitator of MBCT (Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy)... Offering group and individual..
