KEITH O'TOOLE

Attorney Keith O'Toole focuses on Real Estate Landlord Law in the Rochester NY area and answers many common questions about these two areas of law... New York State is my home. I grew up on Long Island. I attended the State University of New York at Albany, where I graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a minor in History. In my first job after college, I commuted to Manhattan where I was an aide for a member of the New York State Senate. It was in New York City that I was introduced to the maze of government regulations relating to real estate. I returned to Albany, where I attended the Albany Law School of Union University. I graduated from law school in 1990 with a Juris Doctorate. After law school, I worked as an attorney for a New York State Assemblyman. In 1992, I entered private practice by opening my own law firm.
