Beau Breck

Mr. Breck is a Development Manager at LCP Development and assumes a finance-focused role with the firm. His primary responsibilities include acquisition and development underwriting, financial modeling, and project budgeting for all LCP projects. Additionally, Mr. Breck frequently participates in project capitalization and asset management activities. As a Development Manager, Mr. Breck is responsible for all aspects of project delivery for one of the firm's multifamily developments, scheduled for completion spring 2020. Since joining the firm in the fall 2014, Mr. Breck has participated in the development and completion of six projects totaling $100 million in total capitalization. Mr. Breck is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), serving on the Developing Leaders Committee as the incoming 2020 Chair. Originally from the San Francisco Bay Area, Mr. Breck has lived in Colorado since 2003. He currently resides in Boulder County with his wife, an elementary school teacher with Denver Public Schools. Education: University of Denver, MBA; University of Colorado at Boulder, Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.

Gail K. Quan - CFO

Gail Quan is currently serving as Chief Financial Officer of LCP Development and is responsible for finance, accounting and banking relationships for the company. Her role includes financial reporting for owned and developed properties as well as the third-party property management portfolio. Gail spearheads communication with over 100 investors and clients on project updates and financial reports. Working with numerous lenders, she has negotiated approximately $130 million of project and construction financing.

Jonathan D. Bush

Jonathan Bush is a founding principal and managing partner for LCP Development. In addition to general oversight of the company, he is responsible for identifying prospective development opportunities, overseeing the acquisition of each asset and participating in the design, development and capitalization for each project. Previously, Jonathan was a shareholder and Executive Vice President of Lowe Enterprises, Inc., a national real estate investment, development and management company. Jonathan joined Lowe in 1986 and was responsible for the company's commercial development and acquisition activities in Colorado, Texas, and the Midwest, representing the acquisition of approximately six million square feet of office and the development of approximately 1.5 million square feet of class-A industrial space. Representative projects include the renovation of Park Central, a 535,000 square foot office complex in downtown Denver and the development of Interpark70, a six building 750,000 SF industrial development in the East I-70 corridor. Jonathan was the 2002 President of the Colorado chapter of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), previously served on the National NAIOP Board of Directors and is LEED certified. Jonathan is a fourth generation Colorado native and lives in Littleton with his wife and two children. Education: University of Denver, MBA; Bowdoin College, Bachelor of Arts in Economics.

Mark R. Best

Mark Best joined LCP in 2009 to lead and develop the property operations side of the company. He is currently responsible for all property management on our owned and third party managed properties. His duties include property management, asset management, leasing and construction management on a diverse portfolio of well over 1 million square feet of office, medical office, retail and industrial assets. Mark was previously the Chief Operating Officer of Real Estate for The Broe Group, an international investment and management firm headquartered in Denver. Mark, who joined the firm in 2005, was responsible for asset management, property management and leasing on a four million square foot portfolio of office, medical office and multi-family properties in the western, Midwestern and southeastern U.S. Previously, Mark spent 15 years as a Senior Vice President and shareholder of Lowe Enterprises, a diversified national real estate investment, development and management company. While at Lowe, he was responsible for asset and property management activities on a six million square foot portfolio in Colorado, Texas, Minnesota, Nebraska, Indiana, Georgia and Ohio. Mark is a former Board Member and past president of Denver BOMA and the former Chairman of the National Advisory Council of BOMA International. He received his RPA designation in 1992. Max Anderson

Mike De Sena

Mike De Sena joined LCP Development in 2017 as a Property Manager. Mike is currently responsible for several of the firms owned and third party managed assets, a portfolio of over 1,100,000 square feet of retail, office and industrial space. His primary responsibilities are day-to-day operational management, supervising contract services, maintaining strong relationships with all tenants, lease administration, rent collection, over site of all tenant improvements and reporting on the financial performance of each property on a monthly basis. Prior to joining LCP, Mike worked as a Property Manager for Cornerstone Apartment Services, one of Denver's premier multifamily management firms. At Cornerstone, Mike managed a portfolio of over 30 new and vintage apartment buildings comprised of more than 1,000 apartments. In this role Mike was responsible for a team of maintenance technicians, leasing professionals and supporting staff. Mike is a Colorado native and currently lives in Denver with his wife and daughter. Education: University of Colorado, Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies.

Stacia Gebers

Stacia Gebers is an Associate at LCP Development. Since joining the firm in March 2018, her primary responsibilities include market research and financial analysis for acquisitions and participating in development activities from design through construction. Additionally, she handles prospective tenant relations during leasing for the developments. Before LCP Development, Stacia started her career at Quantum Real Estate, a boutique commercial real estate company specializing in development, brokerage, and property management in Omaha, Nebraska. In her role at Quantum, Stacia was the property manager and leasing agent for all of Quantum's owned retail properties. She provided market research and brokerage work for upcoming developments, and assisted clients in leasing and sales of land, office, and industrial buildings. Stacia is a member of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW), serving on the Sponsorship Committee. Stacia is originally from Nora, Nebraska, and currently resides in Downtown Denver. Education: University of Nebraska at Omaha, Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, specializing in Real Estate and Land Use Economics, Finance, and Banking.

Stephanie Strand is a Senior Accounting Associate at LCP Development. Her primary focus is the company's third-party property management portfolio of over 1.1 million square feet. Her duties include preparation of all accounting and financial reports, oversight of accounts payable, managing accounts receivable including rent collection, CAM reconciliations and preparation of operating budgets. She was previously the Accounting Manager for Toma West Management Corp. for nine years, responsible for the financial reporting of a 1.6 million square foot commercial office portfolio. She was tasked with identifying and implementing the company's accounting system, as well as developing the procedures and reporting guidelines for the company. Stephanie was also in charge of the portfolio's debt compliance, property cash flow projections, lease administration and annual audits, operating budgets and CAM reconciliations. Prior to joining Toma West, Stephanie was a Senior Property Accountant and Lease Administrator with Lowe Enterprises, Inc., a national real estate investment, development and management company. Stephanie was with Lowe for 20 years and responsible for the financial reporting and full-cycle accounting for the Central and Eastern region portfolios that included office, retail, industrial and development properties. Stephanie is a third generation Colorado native and lives in Arvada with her husband and two teenagers.

Stephen W. Kurtz

Stephen Kurtz is a founding principal and the Chief Operating Officer for Development activities. He helps to identify development sites, leads the selection of the general contractor and architect for each project and oversees the construction activity to assure quality construction and timely completion. Prior to co-founding LCP Development, LLC., Stephen was the President and founder of Bridgeport Homes Incorporated. Bridgeport Homes was formed in 1992 and was a successful luxury custom homebuilder recognized for innovative architectural design and quality construction. Bridgeport Homes was also active in the processing, development, and sale of residential land parcels. Previously, Stephen worked for the high-rise developer Bramalea USA and was involved in the acquisition and development of high-rise development properties ranging from $100 to $300 million throughout the United States and Canada. The assets were primarily class A office buildings built for and owned by foreign institutional investors in the UK, Holland and Canada. Responsibilities included site selection, market feasibility, pre-leasing, design, and construction feasibility. Prior to this time Stephen worked as a real estate/land development consultant with the CPA firm of Kenneth Leventhal and Company. Here the primary focus was upon the management of lender workout activity related to the stabilization of individual land assets and repositioning of large REO property portfolios for sale. These assets were located throughout the western unites states and Hawaii. During the mid 80's Stephen worked for the Special asset division of First Interstate Bank, FIMSA. During this time he was involved in asset workouts for the bank throughout the western states ranging from raw land to completed office and industrial properties. Before this experience Stephen was a land planner/landscape architect with the local Denver firm of THK Associates. Stephen has lived in Colorado since 1981, and resides in Littleton with his wife and two children. Education: University of Denver, MBA; Michigan State University, Bachelor of Science in Landscape Architecture and Planning.
