As a U.S. Marine Corps Veteran, Scott is exceptionally able to overcome the unique challenges that come along with commercial real estate development. Well respected in the industry, he is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) as well as the Urban Land Institute (ULI).
Scott graduated from Southern Polytechnic State University with a bachelor's degree in Environmental Development and a minor in Construction Management. On the rare occasion that he is not chasing dirt and tying up sites for clients, Scott enjoys chasing turkeys and tying flies on the river.
