Priyanka grew up in a small city in India, in a big, bustling family. She was a voracious reader from an early age, which kindled her curiosity about the bigger world and eventually influenced her decision to move from her hometown to a bigger city to study law. She received her law degree from Bangalore University in India and began her legal career working in the National Judicial Academy, India's foremost training institute for the judiciary. From there, Priyanka went on to work as a foreign counsel in the business practice group of one of Singapore's top law firms.

Priyanka's law practice focuses on providing legal services to entrepreneurs, early-stage startups, and small and medium businesses. She is known for simplifying the path forward for her clients through creative solutions consistent with their goals. Priyanka's experience spans three countries-United States, Singapore, and India - and includes representation of clients from Asia, Europe and North America. She advises on a wide range of corporate and business matters and transactions, including formation and startup planning, developing strategies for businesses to protect their interests, corporate governance and compliance, privacy laws, debt and private equity transactions, asset and stock acquisitions, and structuring and negotiating a wide range of corporate and commercial agreements and transactions.
