Nicolaj is the owner of the company, and is also the head of the coaching team. Nicolaj has a strong background in racing, with many championships on the CV. He loves to coach young drivers, and take them from one level to another. But aswell working with gentlemans, the last years he been doing a lot of track days with drivers to improve there skils. Nicolaj has a big passion for set up, and car understanding. We also use Nicolaj when drivers need to get to understand more about how to feel a race car and learn them to set up the car by themselves.
