NATIONWIDE MANAGEMENT

I was contacted back in July 2021 by a man named Andrew Collins from Nationwide Management, an REO Service Company. He claimed he got my information from someone at Bank of America. I have dealt with BofA in the past with REO's and Short Sales so I thought this was ok. Andrew stated he wanted to give me several REO (Bank Owned Properties) to list. I said ok, great. He then asked me to pay up front costs of $399.00 for rekey services and eviction services. I thought I've got nothing to lose, Ill try this.
