Bryce has been a recruiter in the AEC industry for 13+ years and is a certified Career Coach. She met her husband in college and they have two daughters and a Bernedoodle. She attended NC State University for her Bachelors' degree and received her MBA at Nova Southeastern. She was a college dancer and cheerleader and loves to cheer professionals on as they gain clarity and confidence when it comes to their career goals.
Dean considers himself a "recovering engineer" and now enjoys coaching engineers to identify and achieve their career goals. He is passionate about understanding the specific background and individual needs of each person he works with.
Dean is married with two young sons. In addition to being a news junkie, and fan of college football (even when Georgia Tech doesn't win), Dean enjoys his strong ties to his Greek heritage; the food, the music, and the dancing.
Born in Cleveland, OH and raised in the beautiful City of Tampa Bay, home of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and the beautiful Gulf Coast. Edwin has been identifying the AEC industry's top talent for over 12 years, consistently number one in sales year over year. Outside of the office he loves to travel and enjoys all sports including skiing , rock climbing and hiking. Edwin is big on family and building positive healthy relationships around him.
Kate hails from Arizona and holds a degree in Music from the University of Arizona. With over 15 years of experience in sales and recruiting, she now calls Raleigh, NC home with her husband Ryan and their two children, Emery and Felix. Kate is a music lover and animal enthusiast, with a pack of dogs (Petty and Carlile) and three chickens. As the Director of Operations for Career Collective, she brings with her a wealth of expertise in systems, innovation, and problem-solving . She is eager to contribute to the company's growth and success in the years to come.

Lindsey Jones is a Recruiter at Career Collective. She has been in Recruiting/Sales for 5 years and enjoys helping others find the next step in their career. She is the mother to a beautiful black lab named Piper and enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and watching Carolina basketball.
Sarah grew up in Binghamton NY and earned a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology. Before becoming a recruiter, she was an Autism Specialist for the public-school sector. Currently, Sarah spends most of her time immersed in her passions, including horticulture, wildlife, traveling, and community events. She works for a local plant shop as their marketing and event coordinator, creating and planning plant related events for the Raleigh/Durham community. She has a passion for rescuing animals and has two rescue dogs. They enjoy exploring the mountains, beaches, and all the great hiking spots in North Carolina. Sarah also enjoys concerts, live music, drawing, painting, and interior design.

Zach is from the small town of Hickory, North Carolina. He attended Concordia University Chicago and graduated in 2018 with a degree in Christian Ministry. Zach's time in Chicago enlightened his hatred for the cold and thus landed him back in the "land of the long leaf pine." Now living in Raleigh Zach is passionate about introducing talented candidates to award-winning national and local clients. While away from his desk, Zach enjoys watching/playing any and all sports (Go Pack, Mia San Mia, Keep Pounding), traveling to new and familiar places with new and familiar friends, and spending quality time with his family.
