Myphysio is a boutique physiotherapy practice opened in 2008 by sisters, Myra Adams and Pam Allan and joined by experienced Physiotherapist Sarah Meikle & New Graduate Physiotherapist Ingrid Wilson... We aim to work holistically and use the "Te Whare Tapa Wha" wellbeing model looking at the whole person, not just the injury. We have a fabulous team here who all practice what they preach and will go above and beyond for you... myphysio is a family owned and operated physiotherapy practice which opened in 2008 by sisters, Pam and Myra. Our goal is to provide a welcoming and relaxing environment to enhance the recovery from injury and to provide a studio where people can come and feel comfortable exercising.
