Oakley frame buildings is an oak framing company based in Worcestershire, a county with a long standing history of oak framing in its' local vernacular. At Oakley Frame Buildings we are passionate about using centuries old, historical carpentry techniques to bring the traditional craft of heavy timber framing into modern day living. We can offer a full, bespoke design and build package to help make your dreams of living with an oak frame a reality... Well built Oak frames can remain standing for many hundreds of years (we have helped repair and conserve some of them). Learning from the many historical timber frames of our home county of Worcestershire we aim to learn from our ancestral carpenters that we may continue and improve on these timeless techniques. Every frame we build we build with the intention of it being there for many centuries to come.
