Wendell T. Phillips, Jr., is the Founder and CEO of Phillips Luxury Homes. He is a summa cum laude graduate of Babson College and has been in the construction and renovation industry since 2004. His ties to construction and design go back 4 generations, beginning with his great grandfather Wendell T. Phillips who was chief architect for Maginnis & Walsh from 1920 to 1940 designing buildings at such prestigious universities as Holy Cross, Boston College, and Notre Dame. The family's building and architectural tradition continued when Wendell's grandfather Donald Phillips took over Wendell T. Phillips & Associates Architects and continued to design many schools, churches, rectories, and municipal buildings. Wendell's father, Wendell, Sr., was a builder in southeast Massachusetts and Rhode Island. He began building homes with open concept designs and utilizing vaulted spaces well before they were popularized. Wendell, Jr., is now continuing his family's heritage of excellence within the construction industry. For Wendell, home building is more than a career, it's a passion. He takes a hands-on approach to development, directing all phases of construction from site selection and engineering to house planning and design. He personally selects materials and subcontractors, and can be regularly seen on development sites. Once construction is complete, he personally works with his clients to assure every detail of their home buying experience is perfect.
