Cortland Bradley has over 15 years of experience as an owner/operator in the construction and remodeling profession. He also has 3 years of experience in home inspections. Throughout his professional career, he has gained a comprehensive understanding of building structures and their major systems. With that expertise, he is able to thoroughly, and simply, explain his findings and their significance throughout the process of the home inspection, as well as educate our clients on the systems or components of the property they are having inspected. His unrivaled attention to detail ensures a complete and quality inspection each and every time. Cortland is an active member of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) and is fully licensed and insured.
