Reiskarimian Advanced Integrated µ-Systems (Radius) Lab is part of MIT's Microsystems Technology Laboratories (MTL). We are interested in integrated circuits and systems and applied electromagnetics, with a focus on theory, design and experimental validation of analog, radio-frequency (RF) and millimeter-Wave (mm-Wave) circuits and systems for a variety of applications such as emerging wireless communications paradigms, Internet of Things (IoT), imaging, and sensing.
