The base interest rate is 0.05%. To achieve the maximum interest rate of 3 percent, you must have $100,000 in the account, an income or dividends of $30,000 or more that is being transacted into your account monthly, and must spend money in 3 categories out of the 4 categories including : Credit Card, Home Loan Instalments, Insurance Premium and Investments. However, when you fulfil this criteria, the first $50,000 will be 2%, and the following $50,000 will be 3%.
