SRSI is excited to welcome Sarah Jimenez to the team. Originally from Florida, Sarah attended the University of Central Florida, where she obtained a master's degree in industrial engineering. With expertise in industrial engineering practices such as optimization, lean six sigma, process improvements, and working directly with customers to solve problems, she is an excellent addition to the team.
Sarah is thrilled to be joining SRSI and the Material Handling (MH) industry. She is passionate about automation, technology advancements, and the constant challenges that engineers face when solving complex problems. She is eager to expand her knowledge of MH and assist customers in improving their processes, as even minor changes can make a significant difference. She believes that there is ample opportunity for growth in the industry, and automation is essential to keep up with consumer demand, space constraints, and cost reductions.
Outside of work, Sarah enjoys soccer, bowling, watching movies and TV shows, traveling, and spending time with her family. She resides in Orlando with her husband and holds annual passes to Disney, which they both love to visit together.

Travis' journey into the material handling (MH) industry began with an exciting opportunity to design conveyor systems and project management. His passion for learning and their willingness to take on new challenges sets him apart from the crowd.
Travis' niche lies in delivering exceptional customer service. He has a remarkable ability to ensure that customers receive the attention they truly deserve throughout the entire project cycle. His dedication to customer satisfaction sets the stage for successful collaborations and long-term partnerships.
As Travis embarks on his new role at SRSI, he has set both short- and long-term goals to further enhance their professional growth. In the short term, Travis aims to assist the project management (PM) team in creating standard operating procedures (SOPs) and gain deeper insights into the innovative solutions offered by SRSI. Looking further ahead, his long-term aspiration is to oversee the PM team and foster collaboration across various departments, driving collective success.
When asked about his perspective on the MH industry, Travis envisions a future where automation plays a pivotal role. The industry is rapidly embracing technological advancements, especially in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic, which has highlighted the importance of reducing manual interactions. Companies are investing in automation to ensure uninterrupted operations, even when physical presence is limited.
Thrilled to be joining SRSI, Travis is most excited about the opportunity to develop his skills within a company that is experiencing remarkable growth.
