James has spent over 20 years working with brands and talent advising them on their communications strategy. In 2011 he founded The Sports Partnership to focus on the world of sport where he has been working with athletes to enhance their own brand value to both attract and establish brand partnerships, but also to lay the foundations from which they can launch their own businesses.
Mike has over 40 years experience including technology executive roles at Kingfisher, Somerfield, Boots and Diageo. He also holds a number of non executive directorships
Professor Mike Loosemore, MBE, is an acknowledged expert on concussion and head injuries in sport and was part of the Berlin Consensus of 2016. He is Lead Consultant in Sport and Exercise Medicine at the Institute of Sport, Exercise and Health.

Paul's early career was as a sports lawyer and he has advised multiple rights owners, broadcasters, sponsors and athletes on a number of different governance and commercial aspects and worked on a number of major worldwide sporting events. He has led a number of transformation programmes across diverse, complex, regulated businesses as Chair or CEO of both public and private companies. Paul is also currently chair of the Special Olympics. Alongside his professional career Paul has also enjoyed building significant experience in the charity sector as Chair of the Steve Redgrave Trust, has been a member of the NSPCC Sports Steering Committee and also a Trustee of WellChild.
