Aaron is a serious fanboy of millionaire philanthropists Bill Gates and Warren Buffet. He's inspired by the duo's passion for reducing inequities and improving the lives of people around the world. Aaron may not have billions of dollars at his disposal, but what he lacks in cash he more than makes up for in passion.
An expert in strategic business planning, taxation, budgeting and estate planning, Aaron is fantastic at helping his clients grow their businesses, but he's also deeply interested in understanding what happens with the profits they make. Aaron's admiration for millionaire philanthropists started young - he was a big fan of Batman growing up, which might explain why fighting the evils of the universe is so important to him. He may not get around in a cape and mask, but Aaron's passion for building businesses that do good means he's making the world a better place in other ways. Warren Buffet once said, "It's very important in life to associate with people who are better than you are…you will go in the direction of the people you associate with". We couldn't agree more. Meet Jo, the dynamic and driven Director of Brand, Sales, and Marketing at BlueRock. With her keen eye for storytelling and a talent for authentic communication, Jo helps BlueRock share exciting and valuable content with our audience. When it comes to achieving BlueRock's goals, Jo is focused on growing the BlueRock brand in the market and capitalising on opportunities to connect our amazing advisors with business owners needing support. Jo is a member of the BlueRock board and is also a founding board member of the Be BlueRock Foundation.
But don't let all that hard work fool you - Jo knows how to let her hair down and have a good time too! She fuels her busy days with endless cups of tea, and is always open to a cuppa and a chat (or a good yarn). Whether she's regaling you with tales of her time studying martial arts in Japan or sharing stories of her weekend adventures swimming in the ocean (no matter the season), Jo is passionate about connecting with people across all walks of life.

Lyle is a seasoned financial services professional with over 25 years of experience under his belt. Having worked at a range of firms from startups to ASX listed companies in roles ranging from Graduate, to Adviser, to CEO he has a unique perspective on the industry. He thrives on collaborating with Advisers to ensure they have the tools they need to help clients achieve their personal and family wealth goals. With a passion for scaling businesses, Lyle enjoys collaborating with colleagues and knows how to bring people from different backgrounds together to create an enjoyable, inclusive and high-performing work environment.
Outside of work, Lyle loves nothing more than spending time with his wife, two sons and the newest addition to his family a puppy called Benji. All share a passion for sports either watching or participating. He believes it is important to give back to his local community and volunteers as a Coach, Manager and Committee member in his son's sporting clubs. Whether it's watching his sons outdrive him on the golf course, trying to work out SuperCoach, or catching a game Lyle is always up for getting involved. With his deep sense of loyalty to his family and friends and his positive outlook, Lyle is a true force to be reckoned with both in and out of the office.
Mark joined BlueRock in 2016, bringing more than 13 years of experience in taxation, accounting and business management. And we're glad he did. Mark has a knack for building strong relationships with his clients.
It might have something to do with him being such an easy guy to like. When he's not at BlueRock, Mark loves spending time with his wife, his son and his dog. A keen green thumb, nothing makes Mark happier than watching his tomato plants grow. Except maybe watching his clients' businesses grow! Mark's friends call him the Consigliere. And that's a title we can get behind. Our right-hand man, Mark's advice is always valuable and our clients know they can trust him to help them overcome even the most complicated of problems. But without the wiseguy attitude.
