Anne-Marie graduated from Missouri Western State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice with an emphasis in Legal Studies. She also received her Paralegal Certificate at that time. Anne-Marie joined Craig Ritchie's team in 2009. She has many years of experience as a paralegal in the family law field and is responsible for overseeing a large caseload. Her responsibilities include drafting pleadings, drafting and responding to discovery, preparing for deposition, and making sure the attorneys are completely prepared for trial. For the last three years, Anne-Marie has also trained other paralegals. In 2023, she was a speaker at The Missouri Bar Annual Family Law Conference presenting The Exceptional Paralegal Track.
She spends her free time with her husband and three children and loves cooking, traveling, and attending the kids' activities.
Brittney is a dedicated legal receptionist at The Ritchie Law Group, bringing valuable customer service expertise to her role. Committed to professional development, she is currently enrolled in online courses to enhance her skills and knowledge base. Joining The Ritchie Law Group in 2024, Brittney is enthusiastic about contributing to the team's success.
Outside of work, Brittney cherishes quality time with her husband and five children. She actively supports her children's interests and enjoys attending their various extracurricular activities. Additionally, she finds joy in outdoor pursuits such as camping, hunting, kayaking, and fishing. Brittney enjoys interior decorating and reading true crime and thriller novels during her leisure moments.
Craig D. Ritchie has practiced law for over 35 years. His practice is limited almost exclusively to family law matters. He graduated in 1989 from the University of Missouri Law School. In addition to his family law practice, Mr. Ritchie has taught Domestic Relations in the legal studies program at Missouri Western State College. Mr. Ritchie is also a frequent speaker to Continuing Legal Education classes for Missouri lawyers practicing family law. Mr. Ritchie resides in Columbia, Missouri. His interests include sports, children's activities, church, and historic preservation. Mr. Ritchie serves on the executive committee and is the former Director of the American Legion Missouri Boys State, a program which teaches citizenship and government to high school seniors. For over thirty years, Mr. Ritchie has volunteered his time to this outstanding program.
Jennifer Palmer serves as the Chief Financial Officer at The Ritchie Law Group, bringing a background in financial management and strategic planning to the team. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics, as well as a minor in Conflict Studies, from Missouri Western State University. Since joining our firm in 2021, Jennifer has been instrumental in overseeing our financial operations and ensuring the company's fiscal health.
Kaitlyn is currently a legal assistant at The Ritchie Law Group. She graduated from Central High School in 2021. She has previous experience in customer service and started her career with The Ritchie Law Group in 2022 as a legal receptionist. Her duties include meeting with clients, drafting pleadings, and helping the paralegals with day-to-day tasks.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with friends and family.
Kami attended Missouri Western State University and received her bachelor's degree in criminal justice with an emphasis on Legal Studies, Corrections and Juvenile Justice. She also received her Paralegal Certificate. While attending college classes she worked at the Western Reception Diagnostic Correctional Center as an administrative assistant in one of the housing units. She began working as an investigator with the Missouri State Public Defender shortly before graduating in 2018. While working as an investigator she had the opportunity to assist attorneys in court, sat second chair during jury selection and trials. She became proficient in drafting motions, reviewing discovery and researching state statutes and case law. She left the Missouri Public Defender's office in December 2023 as an investigator III. She joined The Ritchie Law Group as a paralegal shortly afterward and is looking forward to continuing to assist clients in their family law cases.
Lincoln A. Wake graduated from Worth County R-III High School in 2024. He will be attending MCC to obtain an associate degree in cyber security. He plans to transfer to Missouri S & T to obtain a bachelor degree in computer science.
Lincoln has a passion for technology and problem-solving. He began working part-time as IT Support for The Ritchie Law Group in 2022. Over the span of two years, he has gained valuable hands-on experience in troubleshooting issues with computer hardware and software and providing technical assistance to staff members.
Lincoln enjoys traveling and playing PC and VR games.
Jay has been a pastor in the Lutheran Church in Cleveland, Ohio, a professor of history at Missouri Western State University, and received a certificate in Legal Studies in 2022. He joined Craig Ritchie's team as a legal assistant in 2022 and was promoted to paralegal in 2023. His duties include drafting pleadings, drafting and responding to discovery, preparing for deposition, and making sure the attorneys are prepared for trial. His experience as a pastor has prepared him to work with clients from a sympathetic perspective. As a professor he is experienced in analyzing and crafting logical arguments which he applies to the drafting of pleadings and communications.
Jay continues to pursue his interest in medieval and ancient history.

Sabrina L. Wake is The Ritchie Law Group's Chief Operating Officer. She is responsible for overseeing business operations for the firm and works directly with Mr. Ritchie and the Chief Financial Officer to advise on, develop and execute The Ritchie Law Group's strategic priorities. In this role, she oversees the business operations of the firm and departments, including finance, information services and technology, human resources, and practice management.
Mrs. Wake graduated from Penn Valley Community College with an Associate Degree in Paralegal and graduated from Missouri Western State University with a Bachelor Degree in Criminal Justice with an emphasis in Legal Studies. Mrs. Wake has been a member of Craig Ritchie's team since 1998 and started her career as a paralegal.
Mrs. Wake resides with her husband, Chad, and two sons on their farm in Worth County, Missouri. In her spare time, she enjoys her many construction projects, traveling, and spending time with her dogs and family.
Trang T. Bui graduated the University of Missouri - Kansas City School of Law in 2013 with an emphasis in Family Law. During law school, Trang was honored with the John Speca Family Law Award and received Special Recognition for Pro Bono and Public Services. In law school, Trang was a Rule 13 Student Attorney representing clients in guardianships, adoptions, and paternity matters. Trang joined Ritchie, Soper & Schutt, LLC in November, 2016 and currently practices solely in family law. Prior to joining Ritchie & Soper, P.C, Trang served as a law clerk to the Honorable Susan E. Long at the Circuit Court of Jackson County from 2013 to 2016.
