Tecsun (Suzhou) Homes Co., Ltd（hereafter Tecsun homes）, the subsidiary of Federal Tecsun, Inc. and the predecessor of its Shanghai representative office, was founded in Suzhou Industrial Park in 1997 with the registered address of No.3 Songjiang Road, Xietang town, East Loufeng Zone, SIP. Being specialized in the research, development and construction of modern American timber(steel)-framed structures, Tecsun homes is also the only enterprise that has been issued with the construction license of modern light timber structures in China... In order to train more technical professionals and, with the Department of Education approval, Tecsun-Luban (Xiuning) Technical School of Carpentry with donation by Tecsun Homes, was founded in October of 2003... The headquarters in Suzhou is about 30 Chinese acres. Tecsun homes designed and constructed "Portland Streets Garden" as its model residences of American timber(steel)-framed structures. "Tecsun Building" was built in Suzhou Dushu Lake..
