WELLSPRING ANIMAL HOSPITAL - Key Persons
Dr Jason Albertson purchased Helten Veterinary Clinic in January of 2016. In March of 2019 he moved the practice to 606 N Winterset and changed the name to Wellspring Animal Hospital.
Dr. Jason was born in Newton, KS and raised in Kansas City, Kansas. He received his DVM degree from Kansas State University in 1989 and has practiced in Texas and Idaho before moving to Wichita. His areas of special interest include internal medicine, dentistry and ophthalmology.
Dr. Albertson is a 1990 graduate from KSU College of Veterinary Medicine. She is married to her husband, Jason, and have four boys. Her own house is full of animals including dogs, cats, fish and the occasional hermit crabs. Whatever time is left in her busy schedule is used for reading, gardening and church activities, which include playing clarinet in the church orchestra.
Naomi joined our team in 2020 and she loves working with animals. She has a wonderful husband and 5 awesome kids. She loves spending time with family and friends. They currently have 2 dogs and 3 turtles. Naomi hopes to someday get training with her dogs and become a search and rescue team.
