Kirk Aguer

Focused on building strong relationships and helping clients achieve their financial goals, Kirk brings more than 14 years of financial industry experience to our team. The first point of contact for clients, Kirk assists with all of their personal financial needs, helps clients with the onboarding and financial planning process, provides specific services such as funds transfers, performance reporting, account updates, tax information and introductions to outside professionals to keep things running smoothly. Ever since he was a child, Kirk has been intrigued and interested in investing. He joined Apollon Wealth in 2017 after more than a decade working in both the investment and advisory sides of wealth management. He has held various roles providing financial advice, investment management consulting, analyzing data and trends, creating financial plans and handling due diligence at firms including Morgan Stanley, Smith Barney and American Express Financial Advisors. A graduate of the University of California at Santa Barbara, Kirk also completed The Wharton School at University of Penn's Investment Consultant Program. He holds his Series 7, 66, 31 and insurance licenses, and values continuing education and acquiring knowledge. Originally from Sonoma, California, Kirk served on the board of Santa Monica Junior Chamber of Commerce for three years, was a member of the Santa Monica and Pacific Palisades Chamber of Commerce for five years, and co-founded the Marina Del Ray chapter of Leads Club. In his free time, he enjoys building custom cars and racing a one design J109 sailboat, Persistence, out of Cal Yacht Club in Marina Del Ray, California. He calls Culver City, California, home when he isn't sailing, camping or backpacking.

Luke Dillon

Luke's aligned objectives for clients include helping them achieve their financial goals by providing prudent risk management and investing with a clear strategy and objective. A good listener, Luke has a passion for helping people and filling the need of a financial partner for individuals and corporations. He spent years on the hedge fund side of the business, and desired to use all the knowledge he acquired to benefit the lives of clients for generations to come. Luke's risk management background has been honed over more than 12 years as a fixed income specialist and trader. He has held positions as a risk analyst and trader for a fixed income hedge fund trading a multitude of interest rate products, and as a portfolio manager with UBS Financial Services spanning two states - managing a $500 million municipal bond and mortgage-backed security portfolio. Joining Apollon Wealth in 2015 along with Seth, Luke appreciates the client-focused mentality of the firm - where he believes that client needs come first, before the company's bottom line. Utilizing his past experiences, he is the team's head trader, fixed income specialist and assists in the investment management and financial planning process. Born and raised in New Jersey, Luke lived in New York City for more than eight years after graduating from Rutgers University, with a bachelor's degree in economics. He lives in Manhattan Beach, California, and enjoys golfing, lacrosse and fitness and coaching youth sports in his free time.

As the founder and leader of the team at Westside Wealth Management of Apollon Wealth, Seth strives to deliver upon the promise of prudent risk management to the team's clients each and every day. Seth's perseverance and intellectual curiosity are infused in his work as a financial advisor and portfolio manager. His body of work is defined by his understanding and implementation of valuation and correlation analysis to drive the process of risk management, asset allocation and manager selection for each and every client. His passion, plain and simple, is to truly make a difference in the lives of his clients and friends by helping them achieve their goals. Seth is a sought-after commentator within the media, and he and his team have been featured in the news. He has been written up in the LA Times, and his team has been recognized for his development of globally diversified liquid alternative models from Wealth & Financial International. Seth began his career in financial services in 1984 while still in business school with a concentration in finance at the University of Nevada - Reno. Upon graduation, he moved directly into portfolio management for individuals and small institutions, which is still a specialty. Seth joined Apollon Wealth in 2015, with Luke, after working for such firms as UBS, Merrill Lynch, Bear Stearns, Oppenheimer and Donaldson Lufkin & Jenrette. Seth leads all aspects of the portfolio management process and investment manager due diligence.
