Windz Centre is operated by Karen Young and is a home for brief and narrative therapy training, consultation and supervision. We offer introductory, intermediate and advanced education in narrative ideas and practices that fit within brief or longer-term service environments. At Windz Centre we teach innovations in the use of 'brief narrative practices' for walk-in therapy and single sessions and publish regarding these ideas. Our workshops are inclusive of approaches to therapy that are non-pathologizing, collaborative and competency focused... Windz Centre has provided training to hundreds of organizations and thousands of clinicians. 'Brief narrative' practices are one of the most widely utilized approaches in walk-in therapy clinics, particularly in Ontario where there are an enormous number of operating clinics. The majority of the walk-in's in Ontario have received training from the Windz Centre. This training has helped to shape these services according to a "when all the time..
