We are here to provide home care & supported living services for people with health and social care needs who require support to live independently in the community. We believe that by providing homes built on joy and laughter and staff that are caring and compassionate, we can support people through their life journeys to enable healthy independent living in the community... At ZACH'S CARE , we listen to the needs of people using our services in order to understand their desires and agree pathways to achieve their goals... Zach's Care provides adult mental health and social care supported accommodation to residents of Bedford. We accept referrals from local NHS Providers, Adult Social Care Services and Tertiary Organisations, (e.g. Probation, Drug and Alcohol, Learning Disability)
