With over four decades of experience in the packaging machinery industry, Mark is a seasoned expert in end-of-line automation, particularly within the food, beverage, and general manufacturing sectors. From product conveying to packing, palletising, pallet wrapping and fully automated materials handling from production through to the warehouse, Mark has been instrumental in designing, conceptualising and bringing to fruition a multitude of projects, both modest and expansive. His approach is uniquely solution-oriented rather than just product-focused. This methodology ensures that each project is tailored in response to the specific needs of the client. Mark's expertise lies in his ability to listen, understand and translate client requirements into efficient, functional solutions that meet their operational goals.

Atlanta UK benefits from Roger Cope's leadership, whose 32-year career in the packaging industry began with an engineering apprenticeship at British Aerospace. Roger's career evolution is a testament to his dedication and expertise. Starting in 1991 with flow wrapping and VFFS (Vertical Form Fill Seal), he quickly transitioned to end-of-line packaging machinery in 1995. Over the years, he ascended through various roles, gaining invaluable experience along the way. From a service engineer to a project engineer, and from a technical manager to a sales engineer, Roger's knowledge spans a broad spectrum of packaging machinery and solutions, including robotic pick & place applications, palletising and stretch wrapping. In 2004, Roger established his own consultancy, which offered a wide array of services, ranging from packaging machinery installation to design and project management. Today, as a director of Atlanta UK, Roger brings his extensive industry know-how to the company. His wealth of experience and expertise allows us to offer customised automation solutions that are second to none.
