Anthony Shaw joins ATP Gov with 15+ years of experience in the IT industry. He spent the early part of his career as an inside sales rep covering system integrators and Navy customers with Red River. Anthony then oversaw a team of twelve inside sales managers while also helping to drive company sales numbers of over $400M. Though his primary focus was the Public Sector, he has also conducted business for Healthcare and State/Local agencies.
Over the last four years, Anthony has been the Senior Manager of Purchasing and Supply Chain. He was responsible for managing the vendor and distribution relationships and was instrumental in the management and accuracy of many of the company's most impactful orders. He is thrilled to bring his extensive knowledge and leadership skills to ATP Gov and looking forward to playing a pivotal role in growing our business.
Anthony is an avid golfer and a former hockey player and coach in his downtime. He has recently relocated to Southern Maine with his girlfriend and has a son in Burlington, Vermont, and a daughter in Cape Cod, Massachusetts.

- Vice President of Growth and Strategy
As Vice President of Growth and Strategy, Jeff brings more than thirty-five years of experience in virtually every aspect of the federal Information technology industry, with particular emphasis on the successful capture of large federal IT programs and procurement vehicles. In addition to program capture experience, Jeff has a technical sales and management background, which enhances his ability to lead strategic capture teams to a win; and to lead the team managing the contract vehicles after the award.
Prior to ATP Gov, Jeff was Chief Growth Officer at Red River, where his organization led the company to significant expansion of the contract portfolio to include 5 active government-wide solutions contracts, 8 active Civilian contract vehicles, 7 active DoD contract vehicles, and over 50 active State and Local contract vehicles. In addition to winning and managing nearly 100 contracts, since he joined Red River in 2011, Jeff and his organization provided the proposal resources to win task orders under those vehicles and stand-alone opportunities. Jeff's Organization also had responsibility for the management of Red River's small business strategy. In the past two years, Jeff was also made responsible for creating and managing a new Business Development Organization and running the Services Program Execution Organization that focused primarily on large multiyear Services Programs.
Prior to Red River, Jeff was Sr. Director of Business Capture at GTSI Corp., where he led the organization responsible for all capture efforts, proposal generation, task order proposals, and professional services quotation responses.
Josh Mackenzie joins ATP Gov with over ten years of industry experience, focusing primarily on managing Federal Sales and DOD clients across the globe. Before ATP Gov, Josh helped manage and drive sales for countless Federal customers throughout the Value-Added Reseller community. He began his career right out of college, working for Red River, playing a substantial role in establishing and growing their Air Force business and driving over $50M in sales revenue over five years. Josh spent the next six years at Alliance Micro, Lyme Computer Systems, and FedStore Corporation, selling directly to the Federal Government and managing teams focusing on doing the same.
Josh is joining ATP Gov to grow and lead our prominent, galvanized sales team. With lofty goals to increase sales to astronomical numbers, he will look to use his existing relationships with customers and the IT partner community to take the ATP Gov team to new heights.
Josh lives in Mount Pleasant, SC, with his beautiful wife and three kids. He is an avid sports fan and enjoys playing basketball and golf and spending ample time at the beach with his friends and family in his free time.
Marianne Kennefick utilizes a wealth of business management experience to bring down the cost of computing for clients continually. Her extensive track record of operational innovation and thought leadership has solidified the company´s position as one of the leading custom system builders in the USA. While ensuring ATP Gov maintains operational excellence, she has helped clients meet their challenges through technology's efficient and cost-effective use.
Since founding ATP Gov in 2008, she has aggressively pursued the development of custom and cost-effective products and services that utilize industry-leading components. In addition, her system integration business strategy has been essential to the company's growth and expansion. Under her leadership, ATP Gov has sustained consistent growth and innovation in over a decade of service.
She is a current member of the North American Women-Business Owners Organization (NAWBO) and a celebrated speaker on the subject of information technology for entrepreneurial organizations. She holds an MBA degree from Roosevelt University and a Bachelor´s Degree from Northern Illinois University.
