Clayton A. Minder - CFO

Clayton A. Minder currently serves as the CFO for the companies of Envision Holdings, which include Envision Waste Services, LLC, Envision Realty Group, PRFection Engineering, and MiniMRF LLC. He is a results oriented leader with over 30 years of success in the solid waste industry, with extensive experience in all facets of the industry. Additionally, Mr. Minder is an experienced and successful entrepreneur whose companies have provided support to the solid waste industry in the areas of management consulting, project management, and employment resources. Mr. Minder formerly served as the CFO for the waste group of The Dalad Group, which included The Norton Construction Company, Norton Environmental Company, Norton Environmental Inc. of Arizona, Norton Equipment Company, and Landmark Disposal. In his Norton/Landmark companies' capacities, Mr. Minder demonstrated fiscal and managerial responsibility for operations throughout Ohio and Arizona, which included solid waste landfills, construction and demolition debris landfills, material recovery facilities, compost facilities, solid waste transfer facilities, hauling companies, and an equipment import and sales company. While with Norton/Landmark, Mr. Minder successfully worked to grow the businesses through marketing efforts and strategies with the sales staff and key managers. Mr. Minder built long term relationships which secured customer volumes through the Norton disposal facilities, while negotiating and securing subcontract arrangements to ensure operational capabilities to effectively manage these increased volumes. Along with the revenue growth, Mr. Minder worked with operational management to streamline operating efficiencies and develop strategies which led to bottom line growth with greater profitability from the existing customer base, while working with sales staff to ensure stronger results from new revenues. Mr. Minder developed strategies and relationships necessary to secure funding for these growth initiatives, and restructure debt obligations to keep shareholders equity contributions to a minimum. Mr. Minder is a 1981 graduate of Baldwin-Wallace College located in Berea, Ohio, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree with majors in Accounting and Finance. Additionally, Mr. Minder is a 1987 graduate of Lake Erie College located in Painesville, Ohio, where he earned a Master of Business Administration.

Steven M. Viny - CEO

Steven M. Viny is the CEO of Envision Waste Services, LLC. Mr. Viny has over 34 years of experience in the Solid Waste Industry including the design, construction, operation, and ownership of sanitary landfills, C&D landfills, transfer stations, recycling plants, compost facilities, and waste hauling operations. Over 20 years ago, Mr. Viny developed the original concept for a mixed waste processing facility known as the Medina County Central Processing Facility (CPF) He designed, built, and has operated the CPF since its inception. Through its history, the Medina CPF was the recipient of the Silver Award for Recycling from the Solid Waste Association of North America, received recognition from the Governor of the State of Ohio, has been the subject of numerous journal articles, and has been toured by tens of thousands of visitors from areas around the globe. Mr. Viny and his staff have earned a "Perfect Record" for operations and have never missed a single day of operations since the opening of the CPF in June of 1993. Mr. Viny and his staff have also earned a "Perfect Record" for the marketing of recyclables without a single load of any commodity rejected over a 20 year period. Mr. Viny has been quite involved with the Solid Waste Association of North America (SWANA) both at the local and National levels. Mr. Viny currently serves as a Director for the Ohio Buckeye Chapter. Mr. Viny represented the United States and Canada at the International Solid Waste Association (ISWA) Annual Director's Meeting in Paris, France in 2000. He has held seminars throughout the State of Ohio on topics such as recycling, resource recovery, and new legislation and has assisted in new membership development. Mr. Viny is very active in Civic affairs in Ohio and serves on the Board of Directors of the Cleveland Clinic, Big Brothers of America, Ohio Buckeye Chapter of the Solid Waste Association of North America, and he is a member of the Tower Society for University School. He has formerly served on the Boards of the Agnon School and Montifiore Home. Mr. Viny is a Founder of a Not-for Profit Organization called Bone Marrow Buddies dedicated to funding research and increasing patient comfort for those who suffer from blood related cancers. Mr. Viny is a graduate of the Arizona State University He is happily married and recently celebrated his 34th Anniversary. He is the proud father of 3 children and enjoys skiing, golf, motorcycling, and auto racing.
