Charles Di Maggio is the head of the Real Estate practice group. He consults on a full range of real estate matters including asset management, commercial leasing, construction management, construction litigation, and debt collection. Charles is also the Chief Executive Officer of Greystone Management Solutions which provides asset management services to public entities. He has served as the General Manager of Starrett City, one of the largest multifamily developments in the nation.
Since 1980, Charles has been actively involved in real estate, management, law, and construction in both the public and private sectors. He served as the City of New York's lead housing and real estate lobbyist in Albany, the Assistant Commissioner for Local Government Affairs and Contract Management for the Department of Housing Preservation and Development, and as the Assistant Representative to the Board of Estimate for the Mayor's Office of the City of New York in the administration of Edward I. Koch.
Charles is licensed to practice law in the states of New York and Colorado. He is a licensed Commercial Broker in the states of New York and Pennsylvania. Jaime Harris is in the Real Estate, Transactional, and Commercial practice group. Ms. Harris advises on all commercial leasing and real estate litigation matters. She also serves as the Chief Operating Officer and Counsel at Greystone Management Solutions, a real estate consulting firm, where she oversees all counsel staff and service delivery for public and private sector clients.
Ms. Harris is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey state courts, as well as the federal district court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. She is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of New York and a member of the American Public Transportation Association, where she sits on the Real Estate Subcommittee of the Innovative Funding, Finance and P3 Committee.

As a Senior Trial Attorney in the King's County District Attorney's Office, James prosecuted hundreds of felony and misdemeanor cases in New York Supreme Court, New York City Criminal Court, and New York State Family Court. Upon leaving the District Attorney's Office, Mr. Galleshaw worked in the litigation department of one of the country's most respected insurance defense firms, where he handled a wide range of complex litigation matters, including products liability, motor vehicle accidents, construction accidents, lead and asbestos poisoning, and general negligence claims.
James' current practice focuses on all types of complex litigation matters, including all state and federal criminal defense matters, complex commercial litigation and high-value construction, and motor vehicle injury claims. He received his juris doctorate from the City of New York School of Law.
Jerzy Sokol brings a wealth of international experience to the firm. He is a multi-lingual (fluent in English, Polish, with working knowledge of Russian and Italian) and multi-jurisdictional lawyer trained in the United States and the European Union. Throughout the years he has been representing many individual and business clients, including the Permanent Mission of Poland to the UN, the Consulate General of the Republic of Poland, and the Commercial Section of Poland, in connection with commercial litigation and commercial leases; ranges of commercial agreements, construction and purchase agreements through the application of relevant regulations, including public procurements, as well as applicable legal and regulatory requirements of state and federal laws.
Jerzy's present practice is focused on civil litigation and recognition of foreign judgements, business and corporate matters, as well as property restitution claims and recovery of property. Jerry also handles matters of inheritance, probate, and wills, and assists clients in the acquisition of Polish citizenship.

Joshua J. Lax is the firm's head of the Government Affairs and Public Defense Practice. Joshua combines his extensive experience in criminal and civil cases, including almost forty trials, to assist his clients present the best case possible. Joshua's work with hundreds of witnesses has given him the type of insight to help government officials and employees explain to judges, juries, and the public the reasons for their decisions and actions when challenged.
Joshua spent over a decade as an attorney at the New York City Law Department, where he was a member of the Special Federal Litigation Division, which the New York Times described as "an elite team in the city's Law Department that deals with some of the most important and politically sensitive cases the city has to fight." True to this description, Joshua was appointed senior counsel and member of the trial team, and handled some of the most high-profile cases against the City of New York, involving the use of deadly force, reversed convictions, and emotionally disturbed persons. In this role, he tried thirty-one federal civil jury trials, and consulted on many more. Joshua developed extensive experience in civil rights, constitutional law, municipal affairs, and law enforcement practices and procedures. Joshua started his career at a prominent criminal defense firm in Northern New Jersey, where he became a respected defense attorney for Driving While Intoxicated cases. In addition, he represented criminal defendants and juveniles in numerous criminal cases.
In addition to his experience in the criminal justice system, Joshua represented whistleblowers and other plaintiffs in complex civil litigation involving securities and Medicaid/Medicare fraud. In particular, Joshua served as counsel in a False Claims Act cases against international banks for fraud in setting municipal bond interest rates and a major pharmacy chain for fraudulent billing practices.

Keith Sullivan has extensive experience handling all types of complex personal injury matters involving serious injuries.
