Andy has had 20 years' business management experience in the manufacturing industry fabricating products for the mining, oil and gas and public sectors. He has significant experience in all business functions including finance, HR, business development, sales, fabrication, R & D and delivery. Andy has been intimately involved in the development of multiple R & D projects developing new and improved processes and equipment resulting in multiple patents. Andy has a thirst for knowledge and a drive to always provide a solution to every challenge and to get the best outcomes for his clients.

Arif is a mechanical engineer with over 20 years' experience in various industries, where he has specialised in the design and manufacture of processing and industrial equipment. These range from naval, manufacturing facilities, power generation and mineral processing. Arif is a highly technical and customer focused individual and has been intimately involved in the development of GOLDQUIP's product range, from R&D through to Commissioning.
