Cinnamon was a registered nurse for over 35 years. During that time she assisted in the development of one of the first psychiatric units treating eating disorders. After leaving clinical nursing Cinnamon had a private counseling practice seeing clients concerning women's issues and relationship counseling. In 1993, Cinnamon created a non-profit counseling center which is still active today.
Jeff Hawks is a 47 year veteran of the commercial real estate business. His focus was the brokerage and ownership of multi-family properties. Jeff was on the board of a drug and alcohol counseling foundation for more than 10 years. He has been an active member of advisory boards for business, civic, church, and non-profit activities.

In the last two decades he has worked with numerous for-profit and non-profit organizations ranging from ocean awareness to addiction/recovery housing programs. He is a father of three, a talented percussionist and an avid fisherman.
