Aaliyah joined the Madison at Oviedo team in 2021 as part of the dining staff where she initially started as a server in our dining room. She was eager to learn and easily took on her next the role as a cook. She often prepared specialty items per resident request such as her famous potato soup.
While working at Madison she has also helped with activities programming during events and lead programming on the weekends. She is excited to start a new journey as our the assisted living Lifestyles Program Director. Aaliyah enjoys music and dancing. During her free time she loves to stay active, cooking at home, and trying new things.
Abigail is our new Sales Counselor. She previously worked for the Alzheimer's Association where she helped raise over $600,000 for a cure to Alzheimer's. Abigail is most excited about getting to know each of you better.

Born in Georgia and attended Mercer University in Macon, GA. Married to Jim Beltz - have one daughter, 2 stepsons, and 4 grandchildren. I love traveling, especially cruising, watching sports - Atlanta Braves and UGA Bulldogs, and spending time with our grands. I have been working in Senior Living Sales for over 20 years. My passion is serving older adults and their families as they transition into the fourth quarter of their lives!
Ashley has over 15 years of experience cooking in food service, much of that in a healthcare atmosphere. She believes that food is vital to the happiness and continued success of a resident's health and well-being. It brings her so much joy to put a smile on a resident's face when they sit down for a home-cooked meal. She has always had a passion to serve the senior population. She believes that "When you work as close as I do with the residents every day, they truly come to be family and I pride myself on taking care of my family." In Ashley's free time, she enjoys game and movie nights with her family, Ashley loves to travel to experience different cultures' food!

Jackie has been with Monark Grove Madison for over a year. She was born and raised in Nashville, TN. Her career began at a large Continuing Care Retirement Community as a Certified Nurse Aid. There, she found a sincere love for the senior population. It was at that community that she found her mentor, became a Practical Nurse, eventually becoming Coordinator and the Administrator of Independent, Assisted Living and Memory Care for 14 years. She worked in the same capacity and raised her children with husband, Mark in Charleston, SC for the next 15 years. Jackie spent a short time in Washington state as Director of Health services before moving to Madison, Alabama to be closer to family. Here she was able to help her mother and father-in-law who were living with Dementia and Alzheimer's.'s. Memory Care has had a grasp on her heart from the beginning. Her goal is to make every moment count.

Sales and Marketing Director James "JC" Cox and our team of dedicated associates would love to meet you!
James "JC" Cox is the Sales and Marketing Director here at the Madison at Clermont. He has been at the community since May 2024 as the Lifestyles Coordinator. Originally from New Hampshire, JC studied Film at Dartmouth College and for many years pursued a career in entertainment. He traveled the country doing stand-up comedy, acted in movies, starred on a reality TV show as well as did press work for several online media outlets before finally settling down here in Florida in 2023. He is passionate about LEGO and has been collecting since 1999. He loves to spend majority of his free time at the various Disney theme parks and going to the movies.
Janice is a Floridian, born and raised in Brevard County. She has been in operations, finance, sales and marketing for over 20 years. Starting her career at Chase Bank in 2000, she quickly gained experience in all aspects of finance and operations, while also becoming a top sales producer in her region. Janice graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor of Science degree in psychology.

Julie joined the Senior Living world in 2018 as the Assistant Executive Director at an Independent Senior Living Community in Peoria, Arizona, where she is from. She soon realized she wanted to make a career out of serving seniors. She was introduced to Monark Grove Madison in November 2023, when she visited a few times to help the community. She instantly fell in love with the residents, employees, and the community just felt like home. Julie has two wonderful children, a son and a daughter. She also has a german shepherd and a blue heeler and wishes she could save all the dogs. Her daughter is attending college in Palm Beach, so it was an easy decision to make the move, when offered the Executive Director position. In her free time, she enjoys BBQing with friends and family, being outdoors, kayaking and fishing.

Keith has been working in the Senior Living industry for over seven years. He is passionate about serving delicious meals and enjoys seeing the smiles on the residents' faces as they dine in our luxury dining room. In his free time, Keith enjoys spending time with his family, watching college football, and beach vacations.
Kristofer joins the Madison at Oviedo team with over 20 years of experience in senior living. Early in his career, Kristofer served as an Administrator in Training for Life Care Centers of America. He later obtained his Health Care Administration license and was promoted to an Executive Director role in 2002.
While serving as an Executive Director, he was a mentor to all new Executive Directors for the state of Florida and became a Regional Director, supporting multiple properties. Kristofer possesses a wealth of knowledge in senior living having successfully served in many capacities in Operations and Sales with one of his recent roles being a Regional Sales Manager serving the Central Florida Region. He considers it an honor and a privilege to have the opportunity to make a positive impact on residents, families, and team members while serving.
Kristofer is originally from Syracuse NY. He and his wife Amy have two daughters and three crazy dogs. Kristofer loves spending time with his family, music, sports, and going to the beach.

Luis has been in the Maintenance field for nearly twenty years, seven of them in senior living. He has a passion for taking care of seniors, going back to when he volunteered in communities as a pianist throughout his teenage years. On his free time, you can find him on the lakes fishing and boating.

We are so happy to welcome Mark as our Lifestyle Director. Mark Wright-Ahern has performed in several plays and operas throughout the east coast, with companies such as Opera Orlando, the Orlando Opera, and the Roanoke Symphony in Virginia. Mark has been featured in multiple Billboard musical recordings and has judged several vocal competitions throughout the state of Florida and nationally. He has appeared in television commercials for ABC, on the OWN network, a feature film for the SyFy network, and has shared the stage with some of the biggest names in entertainment. Mark is featured in The Youngest Evangelist as the Evangelist and casting director.
With a Master of Science in Business from Nova Southeastern University and Bachelor of Science in Religion with a minor in Musical Performance from Liberty University, Mark spent 4 years teaching in both public and private schools. Mark has been an Associate Dean of Admissions and Alumni Coordinator for Montverde Aca.

Miguel was born and raised in Puerto Rico. Before moving to Florida, he lived in Buffalo NY for 14 years. He has almost two decades of experience as a Maintenance Director. During his free time he enjoys spending time with his wife and children.
Paige has worked in senior living for 6 years and joined the Madison family in 2023. She loves helping families navigate the search for senior living and finds great joy in watching seniors thrive in their new homes. She grew up in Massachusetts and has lived in Florida since 2020. When not in the office, Paige enjoys spending time with family, running, reading, and visiting Disney World with her husband Matt.

Pam joined our Madison at Oviedo team in 2012. She is responsible for all aspects of our billing, invoicing, payroll, and human resources activities. Pam's passion for senior living began over 30 years ago while in nursing school. She enjoys spending her free time with her high school sweetheart and now husband of 33 years, traveling, and spending time with friends and family. Pam has three adult children and has lived in the Oviedo area for 30 years.
Penny Velez has been in the assisted living field for the last 12 years and has been a memory care coordinator for 9 years. She is from Roanoke Virginia and moved to Florida in 1972. On her time off, she enjoys spending time with family and going to the Beach.

With over five years of experience as a Sales and Marketing Director, Shalanta has a proven track record of developing and implementing high-impact sales and marketing strategies. She began her career shortly after graduating from college as a long-term care Social Worker, where she cultivated a genuine approach centered on building strong, lasting relationships with residents and their families. Outside of work, Shalanta enjoys "keeping up" with two teenagers and spending quality time with her family.

Sharna recently moved from New York to Florida. She started at Madison at Clermont as a nurse and was promoted to the Wellness Director. Sharna is a mother of four children and loves having a large family. She recently earned the title of grandmother as her first grandson was just born. Sharna is a wonderful nurse and graduated nursing school with honors. In her spare time, she enjoys, cooking, traveling, and singing in her church choir.
Sharon joins the Madison at Oviedo team with over 10 years of experience in the senior living industry. She discovered her passion for seniors through her grandparents, as she cared for them and realized senior care is where her heart lies. The best part of her day is ensuring our residents care for the way she would have wanted her grandparents to be cared for.
Sharon believes resident care is what makes our community strong, and can often be seen throughout the community assisting with the day-to-day needs of our residents.
Although originally from Kentucky, Sharon has lived in Florida for the last 20 years and can often be found relaxing at the beach in her free time. She also loves spending time with her adult daughter in Kentucky, enjoying nature through paddle boarding, and taking trips out to the range.
Sheily was born and raised in Puerto Rico but lived in California for four years before moving to Florida. Growing up she was always in the kitchen and loved to cook. She often helped her dad prepare meals and enjoyed baking and decorating cakes with her mom. Sheily has been working in the food service industry for over 20 years and has obtained the skills and knowledge to deliver amazing meals every day. She also specializes in baking homemade birthday cakes for our residents and is passionate about creating special events to remember. She is married to her high school sweetheart and has two beautiful children. In her free time, Sheily enjoys catering weddings and spending time with her family.
