COACHING
Updated 677 days ago
I help executives and leaders become aware of and step back from their automatic thoughts and reactions to enter a space in which better decision-making, growth, creativity, empathy, connection, freedom, clarity, joy, and peace are possible. My mindfulness-based approach is informed by 15 years of practicing, researching, and teaching mindfulness, a Clinical Psychology Ph.D., and specialized postdoctoral training in organizational consultation and intervention at UCSF. I tailor my work to the unique needs of each individual or group I work with, incorporating neuroscience, communication, behavioral change, and positive psychology principles to maximize outcomes.
