Steven Oliver

Job Titles:
  • Member of the National Association of REALTORS
Raised in Claremore, OK, Steven moved to Stilwater in 2002 to attend OSU. There he achieved his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Being one of the biggest Cowboy fans you'll meet, it only made sense that Steven chose to stay with the University and work as a marketing representative. He came for the degree but chose to stay for the people and incredible community he found in Stillwater. After buying his first home in Stillwater, he became fascinated with the process. A self-admitted real estate nerd, Steven became obsessed with knowing everything about the real estate market in Stillwater. His knowledge of the market led him to buy and invest in property himself. He soon shifted his experience and expertise in marketing to real estate and began leading marketing campaigns for student housing. It was through his success in real estate marketing that Steven went on to manage Stillwater's largest student housing property for three years. There he developed an extensive expertise of the OK Landlord and Tenant Act, and he knows what to look for when buying investment properties, including the largest investment you'll ever make - your own home. Any good agent will tell you what's important when buying (location, school districts, etc.) or selling (marketing, staging, etc.), but an above-and-beyond agent will follow Steven's three principles of real estate: knowledge, integrity, and hard work. His goal is that his clients are comfortable and confident in their buying and selling decisions based on knowledge of the market, full trust that their agent is acting ethically and in their best interest, and that all of this is evident through the hard work he puts into the process for his clients. Steven truly enjoys the buying and selling process. Let him do the "nerd" stuff so you can enjoy the rest of the process as much as he does. Call, text, or email Steven today at 918-779-9007 or Steven@StillwaterOne.com. Steven is a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, Oklahoma Association of REALTORS®, and Stillwater Board of REALTORS®.
