Studiohouse has been thoughtfully designed, engineered, and built for single occupant tenancy. Have everything you need and nothing you don't in a perfect size and affordable price. In your studio you'll find a full kitchen and bathroom with ample living space and storage. Each unit has been crafted with high quality finishes and energy efficient appliances. Sound is buffered through 4 inches of sound insulation in each wall of the studio so you don't hear unwanted noise from outside your apartment. While your studio has everything you need for day to day life, the basement of Studiohouse has everything else. A large community space houses a community kitchen, conference room, co work space, and Studiohouse living room. Our fitness studio is the perfect gym for any workout with a full weight rack, treadmill, elliptical, dumbbells, and more. Step outside the community space to the shared courtyard where you can grill and chill in the open air looking right up to the beautiful blue sky.
