THE ARTS ACADEMY PRESCHOOL - Key Persons

Khadijah Turner has dedicated her professional life to working with New Jersey children and families in low-income communities. She has served the early childhood community as a certified Preschool teacher, Center Manager, and Executive Director over the last 16 years. Years of research on the arts and its positive affects on teaching and learning led Mrs. Turner to embark on a lifelong dream of establishing a preschool that combines her love for education and the arts, hence The Arts Academy Preschool. Mrs. Turner relocated from Jersey in 2021, bringing her expertise to the families of Georgia, particularly the McDonough and the Metro Atlanta area. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Music and a Master's Degree in Educational Leadership, as well as New Jersey and Georgia licensure as a certified teacher, supervisor, and principal.
