Returning to Alltechs leadership team December 2023, Alyssa first started with ATG Title as their leader in the HUD division 10 years ago. She went on to become the Director of Operations and has supported the organization in various capacities since that time. I've done it all from answering the phone to preparing and Managing our State Audits, if there's anything you need done Alyssa knows how to find the answer and get the task completed. As a member of the leadership team she simplifies processes and procedures and irons out the wrinkles so that we operate like a well oiled machine. I live in Broad Run, VA with my husband Dan and our three children (Lillian, Wade and Evelyn), two labradoodles (Baby and Lady) and one Sphynx Kitty (Catlyn).

Elena Gallo began her career in the real estate industry over 25 years ago. Her portfolio of experience includes working on large-scale residential and commercial transactions from contract through post-closing, nationwide. Having superior knowledge of complex matters, and strong leadership skills, she joined Alltech National Title in 2019 and quickly displayed why she is a leader in the space.
Elena currently oversees Regional Operations from the Chicago, Illinois Office, and is a Senior Escrow Officer and National Processor. In her free time, you can find Elena on a tennis court, either winning matches or teaching special needs children to play; riding her motorcycle, and spoiling her Shih Tzu, Sunny, who has become the Official Greeter in the Chicago Office.

Jacquelyn (Hope) Ottoviani has been with Alltech National for over 10 years. Hired right out of college, Hope began her career as a Receptionist and flourished while learning everything she could in the title industry. While acting receptionist, she assisted with post-closing and policies, then moved straight to foreclosures and residential resales. Once she learned the ins and outs of the real estate process, she thrived and was promoted to leading the Processing Department. As a high-achiever and fast learner, she began gaining experience in complex transactions, taking on more responsibilities, and eventually earned her position as the Chief Operating Officer, managing the company nationally.
Through strong leadership skills and connections, one of Hope's superpowers is communicating even the most difficult situations in a way that her team and the clients can understand. It helps to keep deals flowing no matter how tricky they can be. She always has solutions, ranging from REOs, short sales, tax abatements, new construction, commercial, 1031s, assignments/wholesales, and collaterals, to now gaining knowledge in other states since going national.
Continuous growth, innovation, and the company's vision allow Hope to continue learning and develop leadership skills to keep the company moving forward. In addition to operations, Hope provides leadership, career path assessments, and is responsible for company culture. It's one of the reasons the rest of the C-suite and leadership team admire and respect her.
When Hope is not managing title or commuting, she is at home enjoying time with her two young boys and family. She loves writing poetry, espresso martinis, singing, and spending time at Lake Anna with good company. On the weekends, you may even catch her at a local winery, and you will definitely catch her at a local Starbucks.

Meredith Boyajy is the Regional Operations Manager for Alltech National. She brings a growth-minded attitude, leadership skills, and top-notch management to the team; but most of all, compelling client support to every transaction, matter, and opportunity. Meredith thrives on team and client relations during her day-to-day where she sets a pulse for both ATG Title, Inc. and Alltech National Title projects.
Meredith's career in the title industry began at a small firm in Bethesda, Maryland in 2013 as a Processor. In 2014 she transitioned to a boutique title company in Rockville, Maryland where she spent 9 more years in operations. After earning a Bachelor's Degree in Art from Salisbury University in 2002, she quickly became a seasoned Graphic Designer for Ad Agencies and print shops. Later, her love and enthusiasm for design followed her to Philadelphia where she began at one of the city's premier Event Planning and Catering companies. She flourished as an Event Planner, executing weddings, corporate, and social events throughout the Philadelphia area and Main Line. And this continued to develop her keen eye for detail making her even more efficient as she began her journey back to DC.
Being a native Washingtonian, she returned in 2012 destined to marry her best friend she has known since high school. Meredith was soon offered a career in the real estate industry where she seized the opportunity to meet new challenges once again. Her singular drive and talent make her an invaluable asset to Alltech National. Though welcoming and raising her two beloved young girls in 2015 and 2018 is her biggest and most rewarding accomplishment yet!
Mo Choumil is a seasoned entrepreneur with a background rooted in determination and passion. Born and raised in Casablanca, Morocco, Mo's love of exploration led him to take a leap of faith and immigrate to the United States. With only $500 borrowed from his aunt for a plane ticket, Mo put himself through college while working full-time in the service industry as a bartender. In 1993 he began searching land records and recording title documents which sparked his passion for innovation and real estate. This led him to start Metro Title from his basement in 1997. By the turn of the millennium, he had increased sales to $1M and the ATG Title Inc. brand was born.
As ATG grew the need for a team grew. Through strategic hires, M&A, as well as partnerships with the correct vendors, Mo watched as his company grew. Then Covid hit, but that didn't stop Mo. Mo had already brought ATG into the future by championing eNotary and eClosings, meaning his company was prepared to go virtual and work with customer needs at their comfort levels.
As the footprint expanded, Mo had his next vision, go national. This is when the Alltech brand came to life. By strategically acquiring leading real estate law firms, trusted local title companies, and using his network he expanded to 35 states within a two-year time frame.
Today, Mo's company is a nationally recognized enterprise, specializing in commercial and residential transactions and supported by a team of skilled professionals. Mo's background and success story demonstrates his unwavering commitment to personal and professional growth and most importantly giving back to his communities.

Nadja Rivera is the National Post Closing Manager for Alltech National Title located in the corporate office out of Fairfax, VA. In her current role, Nadja takes charge of National Offices, overseeing all aspects of post-closing and funding processes.
As a local graduate of Marymount University in Arlington, VA, Nadja holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Interior Design. Her career journey took an intriguing turn in 2015 when she transitioned from a successful decade-long stint in Restaurant and Hospitality to the dynamic realm of the Title Industry. Her knack for numbers and meticulous attention to detail complemented her innate creative talents for marketing and design - a perfect recipe for effective branding.
Nadja's innovative approach and commitment to excellence make her an invaluable asset, ensuring the seamless completion of transactions, and enhancing the client experience.
