Eileen Davis is the Director of Operations and coordinates all facets of the application process from underwriting to policy implementation. With over 20 years experience in the insurance industry, she is a key negotiator with most insurance company underwriters. Her professional and highly technical skills help to identify and consistently secure the most favorable offers for our clients.
Eileen also spearheads our highly acclaimed Policy Review process. Her knowledge of the market and our clients combine to efficiently and effectively inform our policyowners about their policy's performance, options, upcoming changes and competitive pricing.
In her leisure time, Eileen enjoys reading, traveling and spending time with family and friends.

Ron is a member of the Board of Trustees of Jewish Federation of Greater Philadelphia's and a member of the Endowment Committee where he co-chairs the sub-committee on life insurance. He has presented on long-term care insurance strategies to national groups of insurance professionals and frequently writes articles about disability insurance for physicians' publications.
Ron is a graduate of The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania where he majored in Entrepreneurial Management and was the kicker for the varsity football team. A lifelong resident of the Philadelphia area, he and his wife, Jayne, have two children and six grandchildren.
