With a "made from scratch" mindset, we manufacture frozen bread, bun and cookie doughs, danish, muffin batters, bread and bun mixes, cake mixes, fillings, toppings and concentrates. You can use what we offer, or we can work with you to make any of these items to your specifications... We are a bakery manufacturer which produces the spectrum from traditional pastry products to our Natural line of buns and breads... We can handle all of your needs for breads and desserts. Our menus include fresh breads, bagels, danish, pastries, cakes, tortes, donuts, muffins, scones, tarts and more.
