James is a Certified Executive Coach as well as a Certified Professional Life Coach. He has worked for over 28 years in executive management, operational leadership, and sales, with a proven track record of business and professional success. He has extensive experience in both the for-profit and nonprofit settings, including family-owned enterprises. James is the President/Founder of Cornerstone Cohorts (formerly Truth at Work, Alabama). He is also Co-Founder of Coaching Alliance of Birmingham and Founder/Executive Director of Coaching Alliance Ministry. These organizations exist and work together to provide a host of services and peer groups to assist business owners in connecting their faith and business endeavors to Kingdom purpose in the marketplace. Through these companies, James provides an endless array of educational opportunities for new leaders to learn how to integrate their faith in their businesses and grow their businesses successfully. He adds value by being a catalyst for growth to members, partners, and community where anyone with a vision and determination can gain access to the tools necessary to succeed. James is also a coach and founding member of Kingdom Factor Cohorts, which is comprised of a community of committed Christians in business, who seek to explore, experience, and expand God's Kingdom in life and business. For over 10 years, James has been equipping Christian business leaders, CEO's, entrepreneurs, and nonprofit founders/executive directors to build strong organizations and integrate personal faith into corporate culture and daily business practice.
