Amy Corris is the Case Manager at Enlightened Solutions. Amy is actively engaging in the recovery community and a 12-step program. She is a person in long-term recovery. She has a passion for helping others. Amy is actively involved in the program ‘Not Even One' for the Brick Township Police Department, where she speaks to high school students about the dangers of substance use. Amy attended Brookdale Community College and aspires to work toward a degree in Early Childhood Education. Amy is excited to be a part of the team at Enlightened Solutions because of the diversity of the various therapies that help open the minds of struggling addicts.

Anna Mullins

Anna has worked in the substance abuse field since 2014. She is a person in long term recovery and a dedicated 12 step member. Over the years she has been involved with several addiction prevention and advocacy organizations such as the National Council of Drug and Alcohol Dependency, (NCADD-NJ ), Join Together Atlantic County (JTAC), Young People in Recovery (YPR), and Angels in Motion (AIM). Anna was also a Steering Committee Member and Lead Volunteer at the Hope All Day Recovery Center. Anna is very passionate when working with others to assist in their recovery process. During her free time Anna enjoys spending time with family, hiking with friends, and crocheting.

Ashley Erksine

Ashley has worked in the field of recovery for two years. Being someone in long term recovery, she brings both personal and professional experience to the world of recovery and is able to relate and help someone feel comfortable in an otherwise uncomfortable situation. She is passionate about helping people find solutions in 12-step meetings and spirituality. She sincerely believes, and is living proof, that even though the thought of getting clean is completely overwhelming, things can always be better. Charles E. Meusburger, MD, is a graduate of the University of Rome Medical School, and he completed his residency at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia, PA. He is a Board Certified Diplomat of Neurology and Psychiatry, and has been a practicing psychiatrist for more than 25 years. A former Department Chairman of Psychiatry, Residency Director and Medical Director for Behavioral Health Services in a large health system, Dr. Meusburger is an independent practitioner specializing in adult and adolescent psychiatry. He takes pride in providing his patients full 60-minute sessions in order to best understand their unique behavioral health needs and individual goals. He is distinguished among his patients for delivering superior clinical skills in a caring, compassionate, and deeply sensitive manner. Though Dr. Meusburger has a thriving private practice, he also serves as the psychiatrist for a community mental health program that cares for homeless individuals with intellectual and behavioral disabilities. Dr. Meusburger is a speaker on many topics and a published author of numerous articles on behavioral health conditions and management.

Frank C. Florence

Frank comes to Enlightened Solutions with several years of experience working in the substance abuse and mental health field. Frank specializes in utilizing a visual and creative approach to treatment. Frank received both his Bachelors degree as well as Master's degree in Art Therapy from Marywood University in Scranton PA. Frank is a nationally Registered and Board Certified Art Therapist. Licensed Professional counselor in the state of Pennsylvania and a Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor as well as a Licensed Professional counselor in New Jersey. Frank also is nationally credentialed as a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. Frank specializes in offering unique Cognitive Behavioral Therapy group experientials, Psychodrama and Art Therapy. Frank has significant experience conceptualizing and facilitating unique interventions for clients living with unresolved past trauma, grief, poor self-esteem, anxiety, depression, shame and guilt. Frank views substance abuse as a symptom of an underlying issue and supports clients in peeling back the layers of their addiction through creativity, vulnerability, safety and empathy. Geoffrey Flower is no stranger to facing challenges and overcoming adversity. For the last five years, he has dedicated his time and efforts to helping others, with a purpose and passion for accompanying others on their journeys toward recovery and wellness. Combining a psychodynamic, strength-based approach with 12-Step philosophies and principles, Geoffrey effectively treats clients in individual and group settings, aiding in relapse prevention and the overall process of recovery. Assessing and exploring past experiences, family dynamics, and other early relationships and their impact on present-day functioning is of special interest, as it allows him to support his clients through emotional healing. With unwavering compassion and empathy, and a reputation for challenging clients past their points of comfort, it is Geoffrey's mission to inspire, encourage, and motivate those he treats to make the changes necessary to achieve the outcomes they desire, and most importantly, for living the lives they deserve.

In recognition of her successful efforts to provide comprehensive addiction treatment in Atlantic County, the Walter Rand Institute for Public Affairs is honoring Jennifer Hansen as its Not-for-Profit Sector South Jerseyan of the Year. Jennifer Hansen went from living on the street with a $300-a-day heroin habit to becoming a role model and advocate for those struggling with substance abuse issues. Through her non-profit organization, The Hansen Foundation, she has founded halfway houses and sober living facilities for men and women alike. Jennifer is also a certified yoga instructor, and follows a holistic way of life through organic eating, chiropractic care, acupuncture, and herbal remedies. Her personal experiences taught her that recovery does not end after short-term rehabilitation, and that more resources are necessary to ensure long-term stability and growth. The Hansen Foundation was the beginning, and through Enlightened Solutions, Jennifer seeks to continue filling this void and reaching out to addicts in need. Her experience and deep knowledge of holistic living guides us in providing therapies that teach our clients to care for the earth they live on so that it can provide healing properties for them during recovery and throughout their healthy, conscious lives.

Jennifer Shipman

Jennifer Shipman is a graduate of Atlantic Cape Community College, earning an Associate's Degree in Human Services. Jennifer is currently enrolled in Stockton University's Social Work program and working towards completing her CADC certification. Jennifer is compassionate and patient while helping clients help themselves. Jennifer's mission is to guide clients toward the realization that they are not defined by their past decisions and that anyone can recover. Jennifer's current position is case manager, intake coordinator and CADC intern. Jennifer has the opportunity to meet with clients as they arrive for treatment and perform intake assessment. Jennifer believes that during this time most clients are nervous because it's a new environment and they are unsure of what to expect. Jennifer's goal is to make them feel welcome by way of supporting and encouraging them. Jennifer is responsible for scheduling appointments for clients and family sessions. Jennifer is a CADC, intern which includes observing and helping counselors with groups.

Lisa Cordasco

Lisa Cordasco is the Clinical Director at Enlightened Solutions. Lisa started at Enlightened Solutions as a primary therapist shortly after the agency's opening and was promoted to Clinical Director in 2017. Lisa has worked with individuals with mental health and addiction issues for many years at both the inpatient and outpatient levels of care. Lisa utilizes a variety of therapeutic approaches in her work with clients and pulls from multiple skill sets including motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness and acceptance based behavioral therapies, such as DBT, as well as psychodrama and experiential therapies. Lisa believes in tailoring her approaches and interventions used to the specific needs of each client. Lisa is a person in long-term recovery herself and finds it deeply rewarding to help others find their path to personal healing and growth. Lisa received her Master's Degree in social work from Fordham University in New York, NY. She is a licensed clinical social worker and licensed clinical drug and alcohol counselor in the state of NJ. Lisa graduated summa cum laude after studying clinical social work, with a specialization in addictions and a strong focus in trauma informed care. Lisa has also earned her certification as a clinical trauma professional with the International Association for Trauma Professionals and specializes in treatment of individuals struggling with both trauma and addiction. Upon coming to Enlightened Solutions, she has implemented a "trauma track". In addition, Lisa also became EAGALA certified during her time with ES and engages clients in this specific equine assisted therapy at Hope Farm.

Maria Hankins is the Administrative Assistant for Enlightened Solutions at our Main campus. Maria has been working in the addiction and infectious disease field since 2003. Recently switching over to Enlightened Solutions after working for Atlanticare for 17 years. Maria is currently working on her Social Work degree and hopes to ultimately earn her Masters degree in this field. She is very passionate when working to help the homeless and addiction population growing in Atlantic County. Maria is known for actively volunteering to do outreach activities focusing to help Atlantic County homeless and addictions population. During her free time, Maria's happy place is the beach and spends every second she can there.

Robert Snyder - COO

Robert Snyder has been working in the field of substance abuse for ten years, and has been inspired by his clients every step of the way. He has experience in both residential and outpatient settings, and has helped a wide variety of people battling addiction, from adolescents to adults. Robert received his Master's degree, LCADC, and CCS in 2013. He teaches assessment skills for addiction studies as an adjunct professor at Atlantic Cape Community College, and brings a strong educational base to the Enlightened Solutions team to educate those suffering from this disease. As a person in long-term recovery, Robert is active in his community and has a passion for helping others effect a positive change in their lives. Robert finds treating those in addiction recovery fulfilling, and shares what he's learned in recovery with the community every chance he gets. As a part of our community relationship-building activities, Robert brings members of the community and our recovery family together to cultivate an environment of support and togetherness.

Terri Burns has been in long-term active recovery since 1997 and has been working in the field of addiction since 1999. Terri is a dedicated volunteer at the Atlantic County Justice Facility, and also has experience in residential treatment facilities. Terri is the Director of Operations for various sober living homes, and has a keen understanding of what it takes to provide the best patient care services while cultivating fun and happiness in recovery, having experienced it herself.
