International Engineering was founded in 1999 by Howard Evans Nelson Jr, a A DAV with 24 years of Military Service with the US Armed Forces: Army, Navy, Air Force, and US Corps Of Engineers, who has a Bachelors Degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering from Morgan State University and over 25 years experience mechanical, electrical and plumbing. International Engineering employs some of the best in the fields of mechanical, electrical and plumbing.
