Yasss, there are kebabs, mini skewers of meat, seafood, or vegetables dusted with spices and cooked over open flame!... First opened in East Village in the winter of 2018 and now in Hells Kitchen, the team of Le Sia has provided New York residents with our unique seafood boil, skewers, and authentic Chinese appetizers. Our head chef Zac Zhang had more than two decades of experience in the culinary industry. Inspired by the Louisiana style of crawfish, Zac combined the Cajun-style seafood boil with the traditional Wok Fried technique to offer New York City.
