MULL & BROWN - Key Persons

Meet Clint

Clint is a native of Prescott and considers himself fortunate to have grown up in this community he still calls home. Clint graduated from Northern Arizona University in 1991 with a Bachelor's of Science degree in Business Administration. Upon graduation from Northern Arizona University, Clint obtained his real estate salesperson's license and worked in management and sales capacities in the commercial real estate and semiconducter industry for four years before realizing how much he missed the community he grew up in. After determining a return to law school was the best path back to Prescott, Clint received his Juris Doctorate Degree from the Texas A&M Law Center at South Texas College of Law in 1998, where he was a multi-time recipient of the Am-Jur Award for academic distinction. Clint was admitted to the State Bar of Arizona in 1999. After leaving Prescott in 1987 to pursue his education, Clint returned to Prescott in 1998 and has practiced law in Prescott since 1999. Clint's practice areas include both commercial and residential real estate, including preparation of purchase contracts and lease agreements, dealing with title matters and real estate liens, easements and encroachments, tax lien sales, zoning and land use matters, and boundary disputes. Clint consults regularly with clients in matters regarding loan modification, foreclosure and short sales, and works with clients to identify issues and develop strategies to work through those difficult circumstances.
