OCM is committed to the payment of a reasonable dividend to our shareholders consistent with the performance of the company and with the retention of sufficient profits to maintain and build a strong capital base. In this regard, the Board anticipates that the Company will pay dividends twice yearly, in the form of an interim dividend and a final dividend. The levels of dividends will depend on the financial performance of the Company; however subject to profitability and no unforeseen adverse circumstances, dividends are expected to be in the vicinity of 50% of after-tax profits... One Caribbean Media Limited was born in January 2006 from the merger of two of the region's most distinguished and long-standing media enterprises, the Caribbean Communications Network (CCN) Group (Trinidad and Tobago) and the Nation Corporation Group (Barbados)... One Caribbean Media Limited's Board of Directors is responsible for the direction, strategy, organization and administration of the group.
