One Mind at Work is a movement of business leaders driving change in global workplaces committed to improving psychological safety and thriving... One Mind at Work is partnering with world-class researchers and practitioners to build a workplace mental health assessment and index that will generate tailored recommendations to advance workplace mental health efforts. This tool will support our existing model and enable us to leverage the strengths of our extensive network by showcasing existing best practices, providing additional guidance, and working towards a cycle of continual improvement... In 2017, One Mind launched One Mind at Work to focus on the unique opportunities and challenges in supporting workplace mental health.
