We aim to continue and amplify our research achievement so that we can translate this into our clinical practice for the ultimate benefit of our patients... However over the years the Trust's R&D department has been through several restructures and soon after the establishment of NIHR (the NHS' research establishment) we grew and went from strength to strength. Over the last 12 years we have been recruiting into more than 40 trials acting as local PIs for over 1200 patients. We have been supervising postgraduate students and have also been successful co-applicants in several national grant applications... Welcome to the TCRG Website - home of the translational cardiovascular research group endorsed by The University of Buckingham and Milton Keynes University Hospital.
