Trian Investors 1 Limited ("the Company") is a Guernsey domiciled limited company which was admitted to trading on the Specialist Fund Segment of the London Stock Exchange on 27 September 2018. The Company's investment objective, through its investment in Trian Investors 1, L.P. (the "Investment Partnership"), is to generate significant capital appreciation through the investment activity of Trian Investors Management, LLC (the "Investment Manager"), and its parent, Trian Fund Management, L.P. (together with the Investment Manager, "Trian").
